MALAGA, Feb. 16  - The National Police has detained an Indian citizen under an international detention order for extradition issued by the authorities in his country for ill-treatment in the family. He was arrested last Friday in Marbella (Malaga).

The agents located this person in the vicinity of his domicile in the Marbella town. He was arrested after being identified and checked that he had in force since July 2015 the international order issued by the authorities of India for a crime of ill-treatment in the family.

The detainee, as reported by the National Police in a statement, has been made available to the Central Court of Instruction One of the National Court. (EUROPE PRESS)
